Bebo Photos Experience
Bebo was acquired by AOL shortly before I joined. At the same time, Facebook was gaining traction. As a result, Bebo's most popular feature, Photos, was losing traction. Once at 70M photo views per day, it dropped to 35M. After the release of the redesign, the Photos experience quickly jumped back up to 70M daily photo views.
Bubble Tagging, unique feature I conceived and designed, allowed users to create a story on top of a photo. To introduce the feature, I created this video.
